HEALTHY VEGAN GREEN SMOOTHIE INGREDIENT BENEFITS

KALE

Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, and vitamin K. It is also a good source of vitamin C and iron.

CUCUMBER

Cucumber keeps you hydrated. This vegetable contains potassium, which helps to stabilize your blood pressure. The skin also contains Vitamin C, so I recommended leaving the skin on while you add it to this smoothie.


HEALTHY VEGAN GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 handful of kale or spinach

  • 1/4 cup of pineapple

  • 1 cucumber

  • Juice of half of a lemon

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/2 a pear


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
